April 2020 WSRBA Board Meeting Update

We were to have the Spring board meeting at the Yakima Valley Rabbit Breeders show on April 4, 2020, however the show has been canceled due to the Covid-19 virus quarantines. Instead we are going to have a virtual meeting using the  “Go to Meeting” format. 

You will be able to access the meeting with your computer or your smartphone.  You will need to have some sort of headphone and microphone for your computer so that we may communicate with you. You will have to speak slowly and wait to be recognized; we may also ask that you turn your phone microphone off when you are not speaking due to some feedback that we noted during the trial. This feedback does not happen if you can use a headset rather than the built in mic/speakers of your device.

To expedite the meeting, officers and club representatives should send a report via e-mail to Denise Konzek by April 1, 2020.  Please send it to . Denise will copy and paste the reports to the agenda and send them out so everyone has a written copy to review.
