2020 WSRBA Youth Contests Update

The 2020 WSRBA Youth Contests will be held virtually from Friday, June 26th at 5 PM to Sunday, June 28th at noon.

As you may have heard, WSRBA Convention in Moses Lake on June 26-28 has been canceled.

While we were disappointed to hear the news, the Youth Committee has jumped on the opportunity to run our Youth Contests online for the first time! We want to insure that all of our WSRBA youth have the opportunity to show off their hard work and learning from the year, the only difference will be that it will be from the comfort and safety of home!

We are still working on many details! Please be patient with us, but here is what we know:

WHEN: The virtual youth contests will be happening Friday June 26 at 5PM through Sunday 28 at noon.

HOW: The contests will be conducted via Canvas and Zoom. All Royalty, Breed ID, Judging, Showmanship, and Educational Contest participants will be required to create a Canvas account. Participants will be emailed a link to sign up for Canvas and join the “2020 WSRBA Youth Contests” course once we have received their contest application(s). Youth who are not competing in Royalty may sign-up to compete in Breed ID and Judging or Showmanship here. A virtual awards ceremony will follow the conclusion of the contests. Be on the look-out for more information on this soon!
